On August 13, 2011, Jacob Scott and his girlfriend were simply a couple enjoying life’s quiet moments sitting at a red light. Moments later, their worlds would change as they were recklessly and carelessly rear-ended by a drunk driver. Phillips doubled that offer and settled both cases quickly. As it settled so quickly, the firm reduced its fee to 25% and had minimal costs.
