(Name kept confidential) was with a friend of his at the beach. He started having seizures and otherwise failed to appear normally or fully responsive. His friend noticed and ignored it, choosing to go surfing or otherwise check on his friend or call 911, leaving his friend to sustain a brain injury. Further, his friend’s parents failed to guide or supervise their son and willfully ignored that his son intended to buy and consume drugs that day.
