Famed lawyer Robert Shapiro once called John, “the best lawyer in America.” John specializes in personal injury, wrongful death and civil rights cases. Some of his recent highlights include.
“Mr. Walker is a great attorney, very patient and always there. He helped when I was in a car accident. I was hurt and didn’t know what to do, he helped me understand the process and get the help I needed. Very grateful for his positive attitude during all of it.” Stephen, former client (review on Avvo).
William K. Walker has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2010 and licensed to practice law in Georgia since 2012. We are grateful to have him join our civil litigation trial team. Mr. Walker focuses his practice on the litigation of injury and wrongful death cases throughout Florida. In fact, he (like the rest of our firm) only represents plaintiffs who have been physically injured as a result of the negligence exhibited by an individual or corporation. We don’t represent insurance companies. Personal service for his personal injury clients is most important and he seeks to differentiate himself from the settlement mills by regularly litigating his cases and remaining accessible.
Mr. Walker graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010, graduating in 2.5 years (instead of the usual 3 years it takes to get a law degree). He was a recipient of the Florida Governor’s Scholarship and was on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters, including getting the top grade or “best brief” in a number of classes. Before that, William attended and graduated from Georgia College and State University, obtaining a B.S. in Political Science.
