As detailed in this article, during a peaceful march to City Hall in Jacksonville, Police claimed our client failed to stay on the sidewalk while crossing the Main Street Bridge. They were charged with obstructing a highway and resisting arrest without violence. We fought these charges and successfully negotiated getting the adjudication withheld.
