John Study stood in a parking spot in the Public parking lot in Riverside, holding the spot for his pregnant fiance to bring the car around so she wouldn’t have to walk as far. Jacksonville Sheriff’s Officer Corinthian Morgan wanted the same space. He not only ran his car into John Study, making contact with his leg, but displayed his service revolver. We not only assisted our client with getting treatment, but with getting justice. We helped him make a complaint to JSO and obtained a maximum settlement for his injury and civil rights claim.
