A father and son were rear-ended by a commercial tractor-trailer on Interstate 95. Although they could drive their vehicle away from the scene, they felt pain and it got progressively worse. Both father and son needed surgery despite the “low impact” of the collision. We were able to obtain summary judgment on liability and subsequently resolve these cases for the clients.
